On the login page, click the forgot-password link and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes — check spam if it doesn't arrive. The link expires after one use, so request a fresh one if yours has expired.
Open My Profile from the sidebar, edit your name, photo, language or timezone, and save. Language and timezone apply instantly across dashboards — for example, switching to Vietnamese also flips date formats to your region.
New accounts receive an activation email to prove the address is yours. Click the link inside to unlock the account — until then, sign-in stays blocked. Didn't get it? Check spam, then use the resend option on the login page.
Students don't self-enroll: your teacher adds you by email and you'll receive an invitation. Click the link, confirm, and the class appears on your dashboard — for example, IELTS Writing 01 shows its board, materials, and homework in one place.
Open the class, go to Students, and add emails — up to 10 at a time. Each address gets an invitation email; once confirmed, the student lands directly in your roster and sees every assignment and announcement.
Two places: the Assignments section of your dashboard shows everything across classes with due dates and status, and each class page lists only its own homework. Overdue items surface first so nothing slips — e.g. Essay #4 due Friday appears at the top on Thursday.

PDF handouts, images, audio (great for listening tasks), video, and common documents like DOCX or PPTX, and unlike Drive links, enrolled students never hit a permission error.
25 MB per file. A scanned 40-page PDF or a 10-minute MP3 fits comfortably; hour-long HD video won't. If an upload stalls, check your connection and try a smaller file — every upload is virus-scanned before it becomes visible.
Objective work — multiple-choice, gap-fill and similar types — grades itself the moment a student submits. Open-ended work lands in your grading queue, where you review, adjust, and send feedback; students are notified instantly.
Students: open the assignment — score and teacher feedback appear at the top once grading finishes. Teachers: the Grading page shows every submission per assignment with status (pending, graded, needs review) and class averages.
For writing tasks, the AI drafts band-style comments you review, edit, and approve — students only ever see the approved version. It's a coming-soon feature: Free includes 10 AI requests per month once it launches.
Click Need Support in the sidebar (or your settings page) and fill the short form. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and a screenshot — e.g. 'Upload stalls at 90% on Listening Set 12 in Chrome' gets fixed far faster than 'upload broken'.
